Qualifications

1 year of education in teaching, social science, communications, public relations, or related field.
1 year of work experience as a certified teacher, curricular development, or coordinating an educational program for middle school, high school or college level students.

Responsibilities

Lead coordination of Health Career Pathway Programs (middle school, high school, undergraduate and pipeline programs).
Coordinate curriculum delivery across pathways programming with LMS platforms.
Serve as liaison for pathways programs across regional workforce programming.
Serve as primary student engagement point of contact for students across pathway programs.
Serve as data manager of the Rural HPE program databases, including developing and maintaining an inventory of data files.
Create independently, or with a team, publications promoting and/or explaining the processes and results of the program.
Resolve scheduling, logistics and operational issues.
Mentor students interested in rural health careers in collaboration with NCRHP staff.
