The position oversees program operations, data reporting, and staff supervision, advancing statewide rural health workforce development with stakeholders and education partners.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in public health, education, healthcare administration, nursing, or a health-related field.
• At least three years of progressive program administration, workforce development, or related experience.
• Experience with rural communities, partnerships, and grant-funded programs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the Health Career Tech Hub and manage partnerships.
• Coordinate program implementation, monitor performance and grant deliverables.
• Lead budgeting, supervision, reporting, and evaluation activities.
