Job summary

CareSource is seeking a Rural Health Liaison to lead outreach, education, and policy input for rural communities. You will partner with members, providers, and CBOs to expand access to care and improve health equity through data-informed initiatives.

You will coordinate events, manage CRM communications, and support contracting with rural providers while traveling to diverse communities to gather insights and foster relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of relevant work experience.
• Minimum three years in health care, public health, or community-based work.
• Familiarity with rural health, Medicaid knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engage with members, providers, and CBOs to share information and resources.
• Drive satisfaction and engagement of rural health partners.
• Coordinate outreach, trainings, and events to promote health access.
• Document interactions in the CRM and analyze data for improvements.
• Support recruitment and contracting with providers and hospitals.
• Collaborate with MCOs on social determinants of health initiatives.
• Organize town halls and advisory groups to gather feedback.
