The Regional Grant Manager at State of Indiana leads eight Regional Grant Coordinators and oversees $600 million in multi-year rural health investments across 64 fully rural and nine partially rural counties. You will coordinate with statewide partners and ensure data-driven strategies across regions to improve access and resilience.

Qualifications

• Thorough knowledge in program subject matter related to public health.
• Extensive knowledge of state and local partners and governing bodies.
• Ability to interpret complex public health policies and explain them clearly.
• Experience in analyzing data and reporting to leadership.
• Supervisory experience and ability to delegate and coach.

Responsibilities

• Establish long-range objectives and set KPIs for public health programs.
• Analyze operations to evaluate performance and identify improvements.
• Develop and present public health reports for funding or implementation decisions.
• Oversee budget activities to maximize investments and efficiency.
• Coordinate communications plans and governance with regional teams.
• Supervise training of staff and consultants on program requirements.
• Lead recruitment, onboarding, and staff development.
