Job summary

Oregon Health Authority seeks a Health Care Research Analyst to support the Rural Health Transformation Program. The role analyzes data from multiple sources to monitor, report, evaluate, and ensure CMS compliance.

You will develop data collection methods, perform analyses, and produce reports and visualizations to drive program decisions. Collaborating with researchers and IS staff, you will help design databases, write programs, and prepare narratives and statistical summaries for stakeholders

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in any discipline with six-quarter units in statistics or quantitative analysis methods and one year experience using computerized applications to independently gather, compile, and analyze data and prepare narrative or statistical reports.
• Four years of research experience using computerized applications to independently gather, compile, and analyze data and prepare narrative or statistical reports.

Responsibilities

• Support CMS reporting and data analysis for quarterly and annual reporting.
• Develop data collection methods and analyses; create reports and data visualizations.
• Plan, design, and implement information systems; retrieve and tabulate data from databases.
