Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Training Specialist for the Rural Super Rural (RSR) team to deliver hands-on driver training and coaching at multiple sites. You will lead in-station classes, conduct drive-alongs, and provide feedback to help delivery associates perform safely and effectively.

The role requires travel within 50 miles of the home station and OW flexibility to meet training needs. You will partner with DSPs, Operations Managers, and Learning Teams to ensure training content aligns with safety,

Qualifications

• 1+ years of Microsoft Office and applications experience.
• High school or equivalent.
• Flexible schedule including weekends, nights, and holidays.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to lift up to 49 pounds.
• Willingness to work 40 hours/week with overtime.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate daily training classes for delivery associates.
• Develop programs emphasizing safety and quality.
• Coordinate with DSPs and operations to measure training effectiveness.
• Track training completion, safety and maintenance duties.
• Travel to multiple sites within 50 miles of home station.
