Job summary

East Sussex Healthcare NHS Trust is inviting applications for a Community Staff Nurse – Rural to join the Rural District Nursing Team. You will visit housebound patients in their homes, delivering nursing care as part of a multidisciplinary team and supporting the District Nurse in providing an efficient service.

The role requires UK NMC registration or willingness to relocate, travel by car, and the ability to work autonomously as well as in a team.

Qualifications

• UK NMC registration is required.
• Overseas nursing qualifications are not eligible for direct hire without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Deliver nursing care as part of a team.
• Support the District Nurse in delivering an efficient nursing service.
• Assess, plan, deliver and evaluate patient care while working autonomously as a lone worker.
