Job summary

Nottinghamshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Community Staff Nurse to deliver holistic nursing care in patients\' homes and local clinics. You will work flexibly with multi-disciplinary teams, focusing on preventing hospital admissions and promoting independence.

Experience in community care is preferred; newly qualified staff will receive a tailored preceptorship. A full UK driving licence with business vehicle is required, with DBS checks paid by the employee from salary.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes and clinic settings.
• Work flexibly with multi-disciplinary teams to support patient journeys.
• Develop care plans to prevent unnecessary hospital admission and promote independence.
• Hours are flexible between 8am–8pm, seven days a week.
