Aikido is hiring a Software Engineer focused on runtime security. You’ll build new capabilities for Kubernetes, Linux hosts and cloud environments, researching attacker techniques and shipping end-to-end features with product and engineering teams.

Qualifications

• Strong Go skills for building runtime security services.
• Production software experience.
• Kubernetes and container knowledge.
• Proficiency with Linux and other OSs.
• Experience with at least one cloud provider (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Ability to deliver features end-to-end.
• Willingness to interact with customers.
• Excellent communication in English.
• Curiosity about cloud security technologies.

Responsibilities

• Design and build new runtime security capabilities across Kubernetes, Linux hosts and CI/CD environments.
• Develop features to help customers detect, investigate and understand runtime threats.
• Research emerging attack techniques and translate them into practical product capabilities.
• Build reliable Go services powering runtime security capabilities.
• Collaborate with customers to understand real-world threats and improve the product.
• Contribute across Aikido from runtime security to cloud integrations and developer tooling.
