Cinépolis USA is hiring for a part-time Theater Associate in Miami, FL. You will deliver concessions, assist the expediter, and ensure orders are accurate while delivering friendly Cinépolis service.

Ideal candidates are 18+, with 1+ year experience in food running or bussing; ServSafe, Food Handling and Alcohol certifications preferred. Strong communication and teamwork are essential in a fast-paced cinema environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver concessions items to guests following In Seat Dining procedures.
• Coordinate with expediter to ensure timely, high-quality delivery of orders.
• Guide guests through the menu and upsell promotions as appropriate.
• Clean auditoriums and assist with setup/cleanup duties.
• Ring up guests at concessions or box office and assist teammates as needed.
• Address guest questions and concerns; escalate to management as required.
• Complete opening, mid, and closing procedures; participate in trainings.

As part of Cinépolis International, the most popular movie theater exhibitor globally, we are dedicated to innovation, film, and hospitality worldwide. **AS A CINÉPOLIS TEAM MEMBER, YOU ARE WHAT IS MOST IMPORTANT TO US!** Our team members enjoy a generous employee discount on tickets, food, and nonalcoholic beverages, and they also receive gifts for reaching milestone work anniversaries!# **JOB DESCRIPTION****DEPARMENT:** Operations **LOCATION:** Theater**REPORTS TO:**General Manager**JOB DUTIES*** Deliver concessions items, kitchen items, and bar items to guests including utensils, sauces, and napkins while embodying Nice and Amazing Service by following all In Seat Dining procedures.* Work closely with expediter to ensure all food is delivered simultaneously, in high quality and in a timely fashion.* Demonstrate Commitment, and Integrity at all times – double check that orders are correct and complete and communicate with kitchen/expediter/supervisors if they are not.* Guide guests through the menu and suggest promotions, add-ons, or upselling, demonstrating knowledge of menu and Cinepolis offerings if guests would like to order more items.* Clean auditoriums removing all dishes, trash, and providing managers with any found items.* Be of service to your team members and assist them when needed including scanning tickets for guests, cleaning and restroom checks, and ringing up guests at concessions or box office.* Navigate guest complaints and assist with requests or direct them to proper resource if unable to assist.* Be cognizant of issues with movie projections-communicating with management when issues arise.* Complete all opening, mid and closing procedures- including but not limited to other duties.* Acknowledging guest by Cinépolis standards.* Attend and participate in trainings and meetings.**EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS**• Must be 18 years or older.
