Salary: $128,000.00 - $176,000.00

Location: Multiple locations across the US, including Bay Area, CA, and others. Remote within the US is possible.

Role Responsibilities:

1. Technically lead complex application activities and team efforts.
2. Lead execution teams on-site, including evaluation and demos at customer sites, with high involvement in SOW and schedules.
3. Understand best practices and how your area integrates with others; be aware of market competition and differentiators.
4. Interface with customers regarding technical requirements and schedules.
5. Define and approve product application support plans for installation.
6. Create and lead new methodologies to optimize system performance for specific applications.
7. Analyze, develop, and transfer new application capabilities from product division to customer support teams.
8. Lead customer technical review meetings.

Minimum Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
2. 3+ years of experience with E3 and run-to-run methodologies.
3. Deep understanding of customer technologies, critical gaps, and experience managing the work cycle until solution implementation.
