Role Responsibilities:

1. Technically lead complex application activities and teams.
2. Lead execution teams onsite, including evaluations and demos at customer sites, with high involvement in SOW and schedule commitments.
3. Understand best practices and how your area integrates with others; be aware of market competition and differentiators.
4. Interface with customers regarding technical requirements and schedules.
5. Define and approve product application support plans for installation.
6. Create and lead new methodologies to optimize system performance for specific applications.
7. Analyze, develop, and transfer new application capabilities from product division to customer support teams.
8. Lead customer technical review meetings.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 3+ years of experience with E3 and run-to-run methodologies.
• Deep understanding of customer technologies, gaps, and implementation cycles.
