Job summary

Novonesis is seeking a Manager of Technical Service, Ruminant Animal Health, to lead the North American team supporting dairy, beef, and forage businesses. You will guide technical strategy, develop talent, and strengthen customer relationships while translating science into measurable value for producers.

You will collaborate with Commercial, Marketing, R&D, Regulatory, and Innovation teams, oversee field trials, and represent the company at conferences.

Qualifications

• PhD, DVM or equivalent advanced degree in Animal Science or related field.
• Minimum of 8 years’ experience in animal nutrition, animal health, or related industries.
• At least 5 years of direct leadership experience coaching and developing technical professionals.
• Strong dairy and/or beef production systems knowledge.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Technical Service Specialists and SMEs.
• Develop and execute the North American ruminant technical service strategy.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Regulatory, R&D, and Innovation teams to drive growth.
• Provide executive-level technical support for key customer opportunities.
• Engage with producers, nutritionists, veterinarians, and consultants across North America.
• Oversee trials, field validation programs, and research collaborations.
• Represent Novonesis at industry conferences and customer events.
