Требуется опыт создания антифрод-решений для продуктов с большим объемом пользователей, знание SQL и Python, а также способность писать продакшн-код и наставлять коллег. Ожидается углубление экспертизы и участие в моделировании правил и штрафов.

Qualifications

• Опыт разработки антифрод-решений для продуктов с высоким объёмом пользователей (iGaming, финтех, маркетплейсы, платежи).
• Опыт формирования стратегии, дорожной карты и приоритетов с ответственностью за результаты от исследований до продакшна.
• Умение писать и выкатывать продакшн-код и работать hands-on с командой.

Responsibilities

• Определять стратегию, дорожную карту и приоритеты по антифроду и нести ответственность за результаты от исследований до продакшна.
• Вести межфункциональную antifraud команду, задавать стандарты и развивать экспертизу.
• Концентрировать antifraud-платформу, объединяя логику в единый сервис и выводя в продакшн.
• Исследовать атаки, разрабатывать детекторы, оценивать precision/recall и денежный эффект.
• Разрабатывать набор фич антифрода, обучать и внедрять scoring-модели.

Описание

The company builds antifraud solutions, including detection rules, scoring models, and a centralized antifraud service, to prevent fraud and deliver measurable business impact.

Задачи

Own and develop the antifraud domain end to end, defining strategy, roadmap, and priorities across fraud types and taking accountability for measurable results from research to production

Lead a cross-functional antifraud team, set technical and analytical standards, grow expertise, and systematize knowledge of fraud schemes in code, detection rules, and documentation

Build and centralize the antifraud platform by identifying solutions across company domains, consolidating their logic into a single service, and delivering it to production

Research attacks and design and improve fraud detection mechanisms, including developing and modeling detection rules, measuring precision, recall, and monetary impact, and retuning or retiring ineffective rules

Build fraud feature sets, train and implement scoring models, and automate antifraud measures that currently require manual activities

Partner with domain and business owners to collect requirements and provide teams with the antifraud tools and capabilities they need

Требования

Hands-on experience building antifraud solutions for high-volume consumer products such as iGaming, fintech, marketplaces, or payments, with practical experience across multiple fraud types

Experience owning strategy, roadmap, and prioritization, with accountability for results from initial research through production rollout

Ability to independently write and ship production-ready code and contribute hands-on alongside the team

Strong SQL and Python skills for fraud research, data analysis, rule development, modeling, and automation

Experience leading or mentoring technical specialists, setting standards, developing team expertise, and ensuring knowledge is captured in code, rules, and documentation

Practical experience using AI-assisted tools to accelerate research, analysis, development, or other day-to-day technical workflows
