Job summary

HireHi ищет инженера по FinCrime для разработки и поддержки сервисов бэкэнда на Python, усиления процессов KYC и онбординга корпоративных клиентов.

Задачи: миграция функционала на AWS, создание интеграций с внутренними системами и внешними провайдерами KYC, обеспечение качества, тестирования и OBS.

Предпочтение кандидатам с опытом в финтех и работе в регламентированной среде, гибкий формат работы.

Qualifications

• Опыт разработки backend на Python и базовые принципы инженерии программного обеспечения.
• Опыт в финтех/регулируемой финансовой среде (п Payments, banking, FinCrime и т.п.).
• Практический опыт работы с AWS или другим облачным провайдером.
• Опыт проектирования API, интеграций и production-сервисов, знание CI/CD и мониторинга.
• Сильное чувство ответственности, умение разбирать существующие системы и архитектуру.

Responsibilities

• Разрабатывать и улучшать потоки KYC и корпоративного onboarding.
• М migrировать FinCrime функционал в AWS‑основанные сервисы и переработать архитектуру.
• Создавать и поддерживать интеграции с внутренними системами и внешними KYC/FinCrime провайдерами.
• Разрабатывать оркестрацию процессов onboarding, обеспечивая traceability и надёжность данных.
• Брать на себя качество и эксплуатацию решений: автоматическое тестирование, развёртывание, наблюдаемость и устранение проблем.
• Использовать ИИ‑агентов на протяжении жизненного цикла разработки, критически оценивать их выход.

Job description

Описание

The FinCrime Engineering team builds and operates technology for financial crime processes, currently focused on corporate customer onboarding and KYC. It develops onboarding flows and integrations with internal systems and external FinCrime providers while moving functionality from a legacy environment to a cloud-native architecture.

Задачи

• Build and improve KYC and corporate onboarding flows, including services already running in production
• Migrate FinCrime functionality from the legacy .NET environment to AWS-based services, redesigning components for the new architecture rather than simply rewriting them
• Build and maintain integrations with internal systems and external KYC/FinCrime providers, including identity verification and sanctions screening services
• Develop orchestration around onboarding processes, ensuring reliable data flows and traceability for audit purposes
• Own the quality and operation of the solutions, including automated testing, deployment, observability, troubleshooting, and production improvements
• Use AI agents throughout the engineering lifecycle, critically reviewing their output and applying engineering and business context to the final solution

Требования

• Strong commercial experience with Python backend development and solid software engineering fundamentals
• Experience in fintech, payments, banking, trading, FinCrime, or another highly regulated financial services environment
• Hands‑on experience with AWS or another major public cloud
• Experience building APIs, integrations, and production services, with a solid understanding of automated testing, CI/CD, and observability
• Strong engineering judgement and ownership, including the ability to understand existing systems, critically review code and architecture, and make pragmatic technical decisions in an evolving environment
