Shaw Industries is hiring a Rug Lift Truck Operator II for the night shift in the Rugs Department at Plant T1 in Adairsville, GA. The role involves transporting materials, loading finishes, and supporting packing and shipping operations.

Certification for 12’ pole, squeeze, and fork attachments is required, with computer system use and safety responsibilities emphasized. Candidate must have LTO certification and be able to work independently, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform duties during

Qualifications

• LTO certification required.
• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Good interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Pick up finished goods from packout and load onto trailers for shipping.
• Unload trailers holding raw materials, carpet rolls, backing, and other items.
• Weigh waste and log into MRM system.
• Retrieve and relocate yarn cases and load rug cores in staging areas.
• Work in packout to package rugs for shipping and load rugs into carts for shipping.
