Job summary

Shaw Industries is seeking a Rugs Lift Truck Operator II for the Night Shift at the Adairsville plant. The role involves moving raw materials, finished goods, and waste within the Rugs Department, with certification for 12’ pole, squeeze, and fork attachments required.

The position runs Sunday night through Thursday night, 11:30pm–7:30am, with non-rotating 8-hour shifts and safety and equipment handling responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or GED.
• Must possess LTO certification.
• Ability to operate computer and basic systems.

Responsibilities

• Move finished goods from packout and load onto trailers for shipping.
• Unload trailers and retrieve raw materials and carpet components.
• Weigh waste and log into the system.
• Operate the USF2 computer system and support R&D projects as needed.
• Maintain general housekeeping and safety in the Rugs Department.
