Job summary

Shaw Industries Group, Inc. in Ringgold, GA is hiring a Lift Truck Operator for the 2nd shift (Mon–Fri, 4:00 p.m.–12:00 a.m.) to move and store products safely, using palletized freight and onboard computer instructions.

You will load/unload, adjust dock levelers, and follow safety rules, including PPE and attendance. Overtime may be required. Experience with warehouse environments and basic math is helpful.

Qualifications

• Must read and write numbers accurately.
• Able to communicate clearly.
• Basic math skills.
• Experience with On Board Computer and pallet movements.

Responsibilities

• Retrieve product from inventory per instructions.
• Place unwrapped product on wrapping station as needed.
• Operate lift truck to transport palletized freight.
• Change lift truck battery as needed.
• Adhere to safety rules and PPE requirements.
