Responsibilities

• Run automated and manual test scenarios on systems.
• Install OS, BIOS, drivers, and configure settings.

• Analyze performance data and generate detailed reports.
• Log and track hardware and software defects.
• Ensure products meet industry standards.
• Perform root cause analysis on failed units.
