Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent manufacturing experience.
• Ability to read safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, tickets and manuals.
• Must be able to pass internal certification program.
• Must be able to lift and/or move up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Operate heavy equipment (front-end loader and/or forklift) and production machinery per safety rules.
• Load bins for production with correct mix and quantity to prevent delays.
• Keep work area clean.
• Read job specifications to determine machine adjustments and material requirements.
• Assist machine operators to set up machines to meet deadlines.
• Other duties related to the job may be assigned as needed.
