Qualifications

• US citizen with ability to obtain and maintain security clearance
• Bachelor’s degree in a related technical discipline
• 3+ years of Android app development or related field
• Experience translating customer needs into technical requirements
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Willingness to travel up to 25%

Responsibilities

• Provide systems engineering support for tactical end-user devices and mobile capabilities.
• Apply Android development knowledge to assess behavior, APIs, interfaces, and risks.
• Analyze interactions of applications, OS, hardware, networks, and services as a system.
• Serve as liaison among government customers, program leadership, and stakeholders.
• Plan and execute developmental, integration, testing, and acceptance activities.
• Develop and maintain test plans, procedures, and test-result documentation.
• Troubleshoot across hardware, Android software, interfaces, and external dependencies.
• Assist with configuration identification, control, and release management.
• Evaluate and administer mobile device management solutions for provisioning and security.
• Support roadmap development, capability prioritization, and lifecycle decisions.
• Participate in design reviews and program reviews.
• Engage with users to translate mission needs into technical requirements.
