ACKtive Engineering Solutions LLC in Maryland seeks an Android Software Developer with a passion for native Android, embedded systems, and Bluetooth to support a critical customer mission. This role requires an active TS/SCI clearance and hands-on experience in C development and Android.

You will work on-site at a customer facility, collaborating with a small expert team and leveraging mentorship to expand your skills while contributing to national security objectives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience in C development or 3 years with a Master’s degree.
• Experience with native Android development and/or analysis.

Responsibilities

• Develop and analyze native Android applications in support of a critical customer mission.
• Design, develop, and implement embedded software capabilities in C.
• Integrate and enhance functionality using Bluetooth and related technologies.
• Apply CNO skills to discover and implement novel solutions.
• Work on-site at a customer facility in a small, expert team.
• Collaborate with senior subject matter experts and leverage mentorship to expand skills.
• Contribute to efforts that directly enhance national security and protect critical systems.
