Job summary

Synerfac Inc. is seeking a Manufacturing Technician in New Jersey to assemble subassemblies and finalize products per engineering work instructions. The role requires 1–2 years of electronics experience and an Associate degree or technical electronics certification.

Responsibilities include testing, troubleshooting, and working with calibrated tools and test equipment, while adhering to GMP and SOPs, health and safety protocols, and company policies.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years electronic experience.
• Associate degree or technical electronics certification.
• Knowledge of machines, tools, maintenance and design techniques.
• Knowledge of engineering science applications.
• Ability to read blueprints, drawings and models.
• Experience with circuit boards and electronics components.

Responsibilities

• Assemble subassemblies and final assemblies; troubleshoot equipment.
• Test products or subassemblies for functionality and quality.
• Assemble using calibrated tools and test equipment per specifications.
• Set up and operate production equipment per GMP and SOPs.
• Assist engineers in developing prototypes or new processes and procedures.
• Follow health, safety and environmental regulations.
• Clean production equipment and work areas.
• Complete assignments with minimal supervision per written procedures and drawings.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
