Job summary

Kform is seeking a Ruggedized Electronics Assembly Technician in Sterling, VA to assemble complex electro-mechanical systems for defense applications. You will follow detailed instructions, verify dimensions, and ensure traceability of all parts and test results.

Responsibilities include wiring, sealing, cabling, and enclosure assembly, with emphasis on quality and safety. On-site presence is required; prior experience in defense manufacturing is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must interpret assembly drawings, diagrams, BOMs, and work instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and workmanship.
• Ability to document results and follow controlled processes.

Responsibilities

• Assemble electro-mechanical products to spec using drawings and travelers.
• Install fasteners, brackets, panels, seals, and connectors; route wiring.
• Perform in-process inspections and tests; maintain traceability and documentation.
