Zensoftware in Bellevue, WA is seeking a Ruby on Rails Developer to build and optimize scalable applications using Ruby on Rails, React, Redux, HAML, and Clojure. You will work with AWS, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and collaborate with offshore teams.

The role includes testing, DevOps, database optimization, and engaging with cross-functional partners to define project scope and deliver user stories.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of software development experience.
• Proficiency in Ruby on Rails, React, Redux, HAML and Clojure.
• Experience with RSpec, Jest and TestCafe.
• Knowledge of Git, JIRA and BuildKite.
• Experience working with AWS.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain scalable applications using Ruby on Rails, React, Redux, HAML, and Clojure.
• Implement testing frameworks including RSpec, Jest, and TestCafe.
• Manage DevOps processes using Git, JIRA, BuildKite, and Sidekiq.
• Deploy and manage applications in AWS environments.
• Work with MongoDB and PostgreSQL for data storage and optimization.
• Integrate CRM systems such as Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define project scope.
• Participate in user story creation and estimation.
• Coordinate with offshore teams and support project delivery.
