Responsibilities

• Own the Spring Boot release that Bloomington leadership has circled on the calendar.
• Pair with technology analysts so Johns Hopkins's People Management models match real behavior.
• Own the junior GraphQL workstream that unblocks the Bloomington, MN roadmap.
• Untangle the Facilitation dependency knots that have slowed Bloomington releases for months.
• Investigate, diagnose, and fix bugs reported by users and monitoring tools.
• Keep Johns Hopkins's People Management CI under ten minutes so Bloomington engineers stay in flow.
• Replace the brittle Facilitation hack with an Express.js solution that survives Bloomington scale.
• Reproduce the unfussy bug from the Bloomington field report, then make it impossible again.
