Shift

1st shift Monday to Friday 6:00 AM to 3:30 PM

Pay Range

$22.00 to $24.00 per hour (based on experience)

Overview

We are looking for an experienced Troweler to join our 4-person installation team in Corona, CA. Your expertise will help create safe, beautiful recreational spaces that communities enjoy for years to come.

Responsibilities

• 98% troweling work‑focused installation.
• Material handling and site staging.
• Maintain organized, safe work areas.
• Collaborate with foremen and team members.
• Occasional travel (25%) to diverse project sites.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years of troweling experience (non‑negotiable).
• Rubber surfacing experience (required).
• Availability for overtime and 25% travel.
• 1 year of forklift experience is a plus.

Work Environment & Physical Demands

High‑heat, dusty, and noisy manufacturing setting. Must be comfortable working in an industrial environment. Physically demanding tasks include bending, climbing, pushing, repetitive movements, and lifting up to 55+ lbs. PPE provided.
