Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Recent experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with rubber or plastics desired.
• Good verbal communication skills.
• Must be able to accomplish tasks in a timely manner.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and work orders.
• Overtime may be required and employees must accommodate this need.
• Most positions will be for an off shift and weekends may be required.

Responsibilities

• Read, understand and follow process sheets and instructions.
• Operate measuring devices such as weigh scale and pyrometer.
• Operate material handling equipment (overhead hoist, pallet jack, forklift).
• Work around hot mold/press during loading/unloading prep/part.
• Visually inspect parts for defects; trim and package parts.
• Use pre-heating ovens; ensure safety procedures are followed.
• Document actions and communicate irregularities across shifts.
