• Strong attention to detail and reliable attendance.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production equipment safely and efficiently.
• Assist with rubber mixing and manufacturing per procedures.
• Read and follow production instructions and SOPs.
• Read materials and ensure quality and consistency.
• Complete production and quality paperwork accurately.
