Job summary

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Recent experience in manufacturing environment.
• Experience with rubber or plastics desired.
• Good verbal communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and work orders.
• Overtime may be required; may work any shift, weekends on short notice.

Responsibilities

• Read, understand and follow process sheets and instructions.
• Operate measuring devices such as weigh scale, pyrometer.
• Operate material handling equipment such as overhead hoist, pallet jack, fork truck.
• Visually inspect parts for defects; trim and package parts.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain equipment; document actions across shifts.
