Job summary

TPI Staffing, Inc. is seeking a Rubber Press Operator to set up, operate, and monitor rubber press machines to produce quality parts in alignment with specifications. The role requires attention to safety and following procedures.

Worksite is our Spring, TX facility. Schedule is Monday–Thursday, 3:30 PM – 2:00 AM, with overtime as needed. Pay is $18.00 per hour. Requires ability to stand, lift up to 50 lbs, and read work instructions.

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing or press operator experience required.
• Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Ability to read work instructions and use basic measuring tools.
• Stand for extended periods.
• Lift up to 50 lbs.
• Perform frequent bending, reaching, and repetitive motions.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate rubber press machines according to production requirements.
• Load materials and remove finished products.
• Monitor machine performance and make basic adjustments as needed.
• Inspect finished parts for quality and document inspection results.
• Perform routine cleaning and basic preventive maintenance.
• Troubleshoot minor machine issues and report major repairs.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Follow all safety policies and wear required PPE.
• Complete production records and assist with other duties as assigned.
