Job summary

milkrite | InterPuls in Johnson Creek, WI is seeking a 3rd shift Press Operator to manufacture high-quality rubber components for dairy equipment worldwide. The role runs on a 12:00 AM–8:00 AM shift with a $1.50/hour premium, and you will operate molding presses, inspect parts, and help maintain safe, efficient production.

No prior experience is required; we value reliability, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing or rubber molding is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Operating and monitoring rubber injection mold presses
• Inspecting parts to ensure they meet quality standards
• Trimming, grinding, and finishing molded parts
• Following work instructions and safety procedures
• Recording production information accurately
• Keeping your work area clean and organized
• Working closely with teammates to keep production moving
• Assisting other departments as needed
