The job is a 12-month contract on W2 in a non-climate-controlled environment with a rotating 3-2-2-3 overnight shift from 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Responsibilities include material loading, equipment monitoring, quality documentation, and safe, efficient operation while maintaining cleanliness and following QSRs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Steel toe or composite shoes required.
• Must pass onsite eye exam.
• Must clear criminal background checks (may start while pending completion).
• Ability to work in a hot, non-climate-controlled environment.
• Willingness to work rotating 3-2-2-3 overnight shift schedule.

Responsibilities

• Load raw materials into the press per procedures to ensure proper distribution.
• Monitor and operate press equipment to meet specifications.
• Report equipment issues to setup technician or supervisor.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and dispose of waste properly.
• Ensure cleanliness of equipment and workstations before/after curing.
• Complete production, quality, and process documentation.
• Trim excess material from pads and inspect stoppers for defects.
• Process pads through the cooling unit per procedures.
• Stack and place pads or stoppers onto pallets.
• Follow all safety policies, environmental procedures, and QSRs.
