Penmac Staffing Services, Inc. is hiring Rubber Molders in Aitkin, MN, on 1st and 2nd shifts for a full-time role with strong benefits and growth potential.

The position offers 6:00 AM–4:00 PM or 4:00 PM–2:00 AM schedules with starting pay of $16.00–$16.75 per hour, plus a $1.00/hour raise after 480 hours. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, a 401(k) match, bonuses, tuition reimbursement, PTO, and holiday pay.

Qualifications

• Manufacturing experience preferred.
• Able to follow written work instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Able to wear PPE (safety glasses, steel-toe footwear, gloves, arm guards).
• Stand for extended periods; lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Selecting the correct materials, tools, and press settings.
• Following work instructions and production procedures.
• Measuring and weighing materials accurately.
• Inspecting finished parts to ensure quality standards are met.
• Trimming parts as needed.
• Packaging products and maintaining accurate counts.
• Maintaining a safe and organized work area.

Now Hiring Rubber Molders in Aitkin, MN! Penmac Staffing is partnering with a leading manufacturer in the Aitkin area to fill full-time Rubber Molder positions on both 1st and 2nd shift. Pay & Schedule

• Monday through Thursday
• 6:00 AM to 4:00 PM
• Starting pay: $16.00/hour

• Monday through Thursday
• 4:00 PM to 2:00 AM
• Starting pay: $16.75/hour

Plus: Receive a $1.00/hour raise after successfully completing the 480-hour probationary period.

Rubber Molder Responsibilities

• Selecting the correct materials, tools, and press settings
