Job summary

American Phoenix Inc. in Eau Claire, WI is seeking a hands-on manufacturing associate to join our rubber mixing operation.

You will mix chemicals by hand or through automation, read recipes, load materials, and ensure correct components are used while maintaining a clean, safe work area. Day-to-day duties include weighing and stacking rubber with a wig wag machine, labeling and packaging per customer specs, and supporting continuous production.

Responsibilities
