• Run milling equipment and complete milling cycles per procedures.
• Sheet, stack, and handle rubber compounds manually and with automated equipment.
• Maintain production records including material usage, batch data, and inventory transactions in SAP or other systems.
• Transport materials and finished products and prepare rubber for shipping or storage.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and follow quality and safety standards.
