Aufgaben

• Measure, weigh, and mix raw materials according to formulas and production specs.
• Operate rubber mixing equipment and monitor temperature, batch timing, and recipe accuracy.
• Run milling equipment and complete milling cycles per procedures.
• Sheet, stack, and handle rubber compounds manually and with automated equipment.
• Maintain production records including material usage and inventory in SAP or other systems.
