AREA TEMPS, INC. is seeking Rubber Mixing Operators for first and third shifts in Ohio. Responsibilities include reading line-up and mill specifications, operating the digital scale, and packaging rubber material. Job Description

Rubber Mixing Operators are required to read and understand line‑up and mill specifications, operate the digital scale, lift 50 to 90 pounds, and package and wrap rubber material. Openings exist on both first and third shifts with overtime when needed.

Job Requirements

Qualified candidates must have the ability to package and wrap rubber material, must be able to read and understand line‑up, mill specifications, and digital scale, must be comfortable working in a hot environment with raw materials, and must be able to understand quality, group interaction, and teamwork. They must have good organizational, communication, and multi‑tasking skills, must be able to lift 50 to 90 pounds and stand for extended periods of time, must wear steel‑toed boots, must be dependable, and must abide by all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area. Only candidates that can pass a background check and drug screen will be considered. Knowledge of rubber is preferred but is not required.
