REMA Tip Top North America seeks an experienced Rubber Lining Technician to join our West Jordan, UT team. You’ll protect critical equipment in mining and heavy industries by installing high-quality rubber lining systems that extend life and improve performance.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as Rubber Lining Technician or in industrial rubber lining.
• Experience in mining, aggregates, construction, or heavy industrial environments preferred.
• Read and follow work instructions and technical specifications precisely.
• Must have valid driver's license and be willing to travel.
• Strong safety awareness and quality focus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare metal surfaces via grinding, sandblasting, and preparation methods.
• Install rubber lining systems on tanks, pipes, valves, chutes, and vessels.
• Perform rubber lining repairs, maintenance, and inspections.
• Operate grinders, buffers, rollers, and related tools.
• Conduct spark testing and quality inspections for seams.
• Assist with vulcanization processes, including autoclave steam curing.
• Complete labor, materials, and project documentation.
• Travel to customer sites for field service work.
