Custom Truck One Source in Wilkes-Barre, PA is seeking a Rubber Lab Technician to perform PPE testing and testing of rubber gloves, sleeves, and line tools. The role reports to the Rubber Lab Lead and emphasizes safety and accuracy.

You will assist lab staff, maintain equipment, enter data, and ensure proper testing steps are followed. Schedule is 7:00 am to 3:30 pm, Monday through Friday, with additional hours as needed in a shop/warehouse setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in a results-oriented team environment.
• Good time management and prioritization skills.
• Ability to stand for prolonged periods and work safely.

Responsibilities

• Assist lab staff in processing rubber orders.
• Follow testing steps and maintain chain of custody.
• Clean equipment and inspect items for defects.
