Job summary

100Hires, Inc. in Port Washington, WI is hiring for a full-time 3rd shift teammate to operate and oversee rubber molding equipment. You will inspect parts, trim to spec, and help keep production flowing while collaborating with a tight-knit team for quality results.

The role requires reliability, a detail-oriented mindset, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs while standing for the shift. Prior machine operation or injection molding exposure is a plus and training will be provided.
