Job summary

Pretium is seeking a maintenance expert for night shifts to keep molding and downstream equipment running at peak efficiency. You’ll diagnose complex mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic faults, perform preventive and corrective maintenance, and coach peers to elevate team capability.

Join a safety‑driven team, work on eBM/SBM blow molders, conveyors, and automated cells, and document all work in the CMMS while supporting installs and upgrades.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of industrial/manufacturing maintenance experience.
• Expert troubleshooting across mechanical, electrical/controls, pneumatics, hydraulics.
• Hands-on with PLCs, VFDs, and industrial automation.
• Fluency in technical documentation: manuals, blueprints, schematics.
• Proficiency with machine shop and fabrication tools (mills, lathes, grinders, welding).
• CMMS familiarity and preventive maintenance scheduling experience.
