Job summary

Freudenberg-NOK Sealing Technologies in Bristol, NH is seeking a Rubber Mixing Operator to support production by measuring, weighing, and mixing rubber compounds according to detailed formulas and specs. You will operate mixing and milling equipment, monitor temperatures, batch timing, and ensure recipe accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires the ability to read batch sheets, maintain records, and work with SAP or similar ERP systems.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing, production, mixing, or industrial operations.

Rubber Mixing Operator

Responsibilities

• Measure, weigh, and mix raw materials according to detailed formulas and production specifications using scales and computerized systems.
• Operate rubber mixing equipment and monitor temperature, batch timing, and recipe accuracy to ensure consistent product quality.
• Run milling equipment, including monitoring, cutting, and completing milling cycles in accordance with established procedures.
• Sheet, stack, and handle rubber compounds both manually and with automated equipment.
• Maintain accurate production records, including material usage, batch data, and inventory transactions in SAP or other systems.
• Transport materials and finished products using carts, racks, rollers, or hand trucks, and prepare rubber for shipping or storage.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while following all quality and safety standards and performing additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in manufacturing, production, mixing, or industrial operations preferred.
• Ability to read and follow formulas, batch sheets, and work instructions with strong attention to detail.
• Experience operating mixing, milling, or material handling equipment is highly desirable.
• Basic computer skills and experience with ERP systems (such as SAP) a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to maintaining product quality and accuracy.
• Reliable attendance, strong work ethic, and ability to work in a team-oriented production environment.
• Physical ability to perform demanding job tasks, including frequent heavy lifting, standing, bending, stooping, and handling rubber materials safely.
