Qualifications

• Attention to detail and ability to read formulas, batch sheets, and work instructions.
• Experience with mixing, milling, or material handling equipment is desirable.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving and teamwork in a production environment.
• Reliable attendance and a solid work ethic in a fast-paced setting.
• Physical ability for heavy lifting and standing for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Measure, weigh, and mix raw materials per formulas and production specs using scales and computerized systems.
• Operate rubber mixing equipment and monitor temperature, batch timing, and recipe accuracy for quality control.
• Run milling equipment, monitor processes, and complete milling cycles per procedures.
• Sheet and handle rubber compounds manually and with automated equipment.
• Maintain accurate production records (material usage, batch data, inventory transactions in SAP).
• Transport materials and finished products using carts, racks, or hand trucks, and prep rubber for shipping or storage.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and follow quality and safety standards.
