Job summary

Parker Hannifin is seeking a Rubber Calendar operator to support rubber material production for hose products. Under the supervision of the Floor Supervisor, you will help ensure safety, quality, and on-time production through adherence to standard work and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities include reading technical specifications, performing quality checks, and participating in Lean/5S initiatives, while collaborating with maintenance and other team members to maintain production

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Production experience preferred but not required.
• Basic math, reading and writing skills required.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety rules and maintain a clean, organized and safe environment.
• Read, interpret, and work from technical specifications and communicate technical information visually and verbally.
• Follow established practices for work processes and perform quality checks during production.
• Participate in Lean/5S and continuous improvement activities with the team.
• Overtime may be required, including extended shifts and weekends.
