Job summary

Parker Hannifin Corporation in Lebanon, TN is seeking a Mixing Operator to operate rubber mixing equipment for engineered sealing products. You will monitor the process, ensure materials meet specifications, and support production quality while following safety procedures.

This role requires overtime and weekend work as needed, and requires good attendance; familiarity with 5S housekeeping and basic computer skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• Be passionate about maintaining a safe work environment.
• Must have a good attendance record.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• May be required to stack parts up to 55 lbs.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate rubber mixing equipment and controls to produce compounds according to production specifications.
• Monitor the mixing process to ensure material consistency and product quality.
• Verify raw materials and batch information prior to mixing.
• Follow all safety procedures, including PPE and lockout/tagout requirements.
• Maintain work areas in accordance with 5S and housekeeping standards.
• Record production data and communicate process concerns when necessary.
• Work collaboratively with team members to support safe, efficient production and continuous improvement.
