4G Clinical is seeking a Technical Project Manager/Business Systems Analyst to support system implementation and operations for RTSM and related eClinical solutions. You will partner with project leads, manage testing activities, and ensure milestones are met while coordinating with cross-functional teams.

The role requires 1–3 years in clinical research, experience with clinical systems, and a bachelor’s degree in life science, supply chain, or IT.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in the clinical research field.
• RTSM/IRT services delivery and eClinical systems implementation.
• Software implementation and testing in clinical or supply chain industries.
• Project management experience with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Implement configuration changes to enable client startup targets for PRANCER technology.
• Attend client meetings and design sessions.
• Support logging, tracking and resolution of issues pre-production.
• Coordinate validation activities: Build Verification Testing, Validation Testing, system setup.
• Develop and execute testing scripts and assist with UAT.
