Job summary

4G Clinical is seeking a Study Project Lead to own client support for the Prancer RTSM application after go-live. You will manage sponsor communications, lead support meetings, and provide training while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver timely resolutions.

Ideal candidates have at least 3 years in clinical trial software support, strong customer service and problem-solving skills, and the ability to operate independently within a team environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of software application support experience in clinical trial support.
• Essential skills include customer service, troubleshooting, issue management, and problem resolution.
• Strong interpersonal skills and integrity with detail-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead client support meetings to discuss RTSM health and open requests.
• Provide training and guidance on RTSM usage.
• Manage sponsor emails and respond to requests promptly and professionally.
• Escalate issues to appropriate teams and ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain documentation in specifications, support documents, and JIRA.
• Provide study-specific reporting and status updates as needed.
