Job summary

4G Clinical is seeking a Study Project Lead to oversee client support for the RTSM application after go-live. You will manage sponsor emails, lead support meetings, provide training, and act as the liaison to Client Directors. The role requires 3+ years of RTSM or clinical support experience and strong problem-solving skills.

The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to diagnose issues, drive resolutions, and document changes in JIRA. A bachelor's degree is required.

Qualifications

• The position requires at least 3 years of software application support in clinical study environments.
• Strong customer service, troubleshooting, issue management and problem resolution skills are essential.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, integrity and attention to detail are required.

Responsibilities

• Lead client support meetings and provide training on the RTSM application.
• Manage sponsor communications, respond to requests and provide status updates.
• Coordinate with Client Directors and internal teams for issue resolution.
• Identify opportunities to improve RTSM health, product and support processes.
• Conduct system validation, UAT and maintain documentation in JIRA.
