Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Finance Reinvention Senior Manager to lead F&A sales and practice for global enterprise clients, from pursuit to execution. You will build CFO-level relationships and shape AI-first finance solutions that drive measurable value.

In this role, you’ll own domain expertise across PTP, OTC, RTR or FP&A, craft compelling propositions, and contribute to market-facing viewpoints on Finance Reinvention and AI in F&A. Travel up to 30% may be required.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or equivalent.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in large-scale F&A transformation with sales/revenue component.
Minimum 5 years deep domain experience in PTP, OTC, RTR, or FP&A.

Responsibilities

Lead F&A sales and practice across global enterprise clients from pursuit through execution.
Build CFO-level relationships and generate new opportunities.
Design AI-first finance solutions integrating agentic AI and automation.
Translate transformation programs into compelling, revenue-focused narratives.
Develop deep domain expertise in a Finance tower (PTP/OTC/RTR/FP&A) and lead re-engineering.
Set thought leadership on Finance Reinvention and AI in F&A; engage industry forums.
